The Range Pet Lodge Provides Safe, Stress-Free Boarding Staffed 24/7

Grand opening event for Carmel, Indiana’s newest pet boarding facility planned for Saturday, March 14

hal-ower-pet-lodge-carmelThe Range Pet Lodge, Carmel’s only animal boarding facility staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, will celebrate its grand opening on March 14 with fun activities for kids, education for pet lovers and owners and as well as goodies and door prizes including a free, five-night stay for 10 lucky dog or cat owners. The public is invited to take part in these festivities that begin at 11 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. at The Range, located at 1045 N. Rangeline Road.

In addition to providing a safer environment for your family pet, the 24/7 staffing allows for a home-like routine for dogs that includes a bedtime stroll and plenty of love during the day.

The Range offers several other services for customer’s convenience, including:

  • 4,000 square feet of daycare space for your dog that includes an outside play area and drive-up drop off for those “running-late days”
  • Professional grooming services by Carmel veteran groomer
  • Professional dog training services
  • Companion at The Range Wellness Clinic, the third location for the highly regarded, Carmel-based Companion Animal Medical Centers veterinary group.

The 24,000-square-foot facility provides a number of unique amenities for your pet’s ultimate comfort and safety that alleviate the stress sometimes associated with boarding, including:

  • Seven-layer quartz antimicrobial floors throughout the facility
  • An airy, clean environment with 93 cottages and cabins for dogs as well as cat condos
  • An extensive outdoor area for exercise
  • Accommodations for those pet owners with more than one pet who prefer to “bunk together”
  • An automatic, indoor sprinkler system (not a requisite in Indiana for boarding facilities)

The Range Pet Lodge is privately owned and operated by Carmel-based businessman Hal Bond, who also serves president and CEO for Companion Animal Medical Centers. Bond is a self-professed animal lover. He and wife Maria have two adult children, two cats and a fabulous white standard poodle named Phoebe.
